Oatmeal that tastes like banana bread, what’s not to like!? Thus also produces ridiculously fluffy and creamy porridge. So much nom.
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup plant-based milk (I like rice milk)
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sugar
Method
- In a pan, combine all the ingredients and heat until it has reaches the correct consistency
- Do not allow to boil!!
